Born and raised in New Zealand but formed in London, Flamingo Pier is a globally recognized act at the forefront of contemporary dance music. Blending classic house, disco, funk, and jazz, their music fuses live instrumentation with electronic production, delivering an energetic and soulful sound that resonates on the dancefloor and at home.

The trio - Luke Walker, Dom Jones, and Brad Craig - first gained attention in 2015 with their debut EP on France’s Kitsuné label. In 2019, their self-titled EP on Soundway Records earned widespread acclaim, with tracks featured on BBC Radio 1, KEXP, and Netflix’s Good Girls. Their debut album, released in 2021, topped the iTunes New Zealand Dance Chart and featured collaborations with jazz legend Nathan Haines.

In 2023, Flamingo Pier released Beneath The Neon on New York’s Razor-N-Tape Records, featuring Nigerian disco icon Steve Monite. Praised by Rolling Stone as “dancefloor legends,” the EP was supported by an international tour with standout shows at Hootananny (London), Heideglühen (Berlin), Sultan Room (New York), and Departamento (Mexico City).

Flamingo Pier’s joyful and globally inspired music continues to reach new heights, with tracks like Hold It and Tripping Up surpassing 3 million Spotify streams and placements on compilations such as Café del Mar and Netflix series Partner Track and The Ones.

Their live performances have evolved into a polished five-piece act, bringing a dynamic energy to stages around the world. From festivals like Rhythm & Vines and Le Currents to sold-out shows in Europe, the U.S, and New Zealand.

2024 marked another milestone with the release of the Mazunte EP on Soundway Records and their first-ever U.S tour, which included ten cities and standout performances at the Troubadour (Los Angeles) and sold-out shows in London, Berlin, and Auckland.

The five piece Flamingo Pier band will be warmed up by Mediterranea DJs with the Flamingo Pier DJs closing out the night after the live performance!
